By accessing or using VishPay's services, including our Bharat Connect integration for bill payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VishPay regarding your use of our platform and services.

2. Description of Services

VishPay provides a platform that allows users to pay various bills through our integration with Bharat Connect. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Electricity bill payments
• Water bill payments
• Mobile recharge and bill payments
• DTH recharges
• Gas bill payments
• Other utility payments supported by Bharat Connect

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Payment Terms

When you make a payment through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and we do not store your payment information.

A transaction receipt will be generated upon successful completion of your payment. This receipt serves as confirmation of your payment.

In case of failed transactions where money has been debited from your account but the bill payment has not been processed, the refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of our services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our platform or any other systems connected to our platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our platform are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of our platform is strictly prohibited.

You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

VishPay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.

We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
